MY TASKS

Inspire and advise our existing customers - contacts become relationships!
Tap into new potential: acquire new customers and expand our customer portfolio.
Configure customised solutions, create quotations and see them through to completion.
Coordinate on-time logistics - from order entry to delivery.
Ensure that our customers are completely satisfied.
Take over complaints management and optimise our processes.
Work on exciting special projects and actively support sales management.

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship - ideally supplemented by initial experience in internal sales.
You are familiar with SAP (SD, MM) and Excel.
Your English skills? A plus, but not a must!
You are customer-orientated, and you are confident and convincing on the phone.
Team player with personal responsibility: you work in a structured, reliable and solution-orientated manner.
