YOU CAN EXPECT

  • You will have the opportunity to get to know diverse business areas tailored to your interests during your dual studies. You will gain insights into all business divisions and departments of the Mayer Group, including materials and product management, finance and accounting/controlling, human resource management, IT and digitalization, as well as marketing and sales.
  • Throughout your studies, you will acquire the necessary knowledge to competently accompany business tasks and projects. You will be able to conduct analyses, develop solutions, and actively contribute to project implementation.
  • As a full-fledged member of the Mayer family, you will actively support various departments in their day-to-day operations. You will take on responsibility, work on your own tasks and projects, and thus contribute to the success of the company.
  • As part of your dual studies, you will learn to work independently and autonomously. This will enable you to optimize your time and self-management, efficiently complete tasks, and present the results effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife)
  • Interest in business-related topics and processes
  • Teamwork and strong communication skills
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • Good English language skills
