The Mayer Group, with its holding company Mayer-Kuvert Network GmbH, is the largest European envelope manufacturer and supplier of communication, dispatch and packaging solutions made of paper, with over 30 companies in 14 countries. Across the group, around 14 billion envelopes are produced annually and in the light packaging sector the group plans a volume of around 4.5 billion gusseted bags, paper carrier bags and paper padded bags. The group of companies employs about 1,700 people across Europe, of which about 500 are located in Germany.
